Relaxing massage training

Our relaxing massage training teaches a soothing technique that releases tension built up in the body. Through gentle, flowing movements, this method promotes blood circulation and helps reduce stress. Participants learn to apply maneuvers that relax muscles and soothe the mind. This treatment is particularly beneficial for those experiencing muscular pain, mental fatigue or who simply need a moment to recharge their batteries. During the session, the aim is to achieve a state of deep relaxation, enabling each individual to reconnect with his or her body. The benefits of this type of treatment often last long after the session, bringing a lasting sense of calm and well-being.

Tonic / energy massage

This treatment revitalizes the body and stimulates energy. Using dynamic techniques, it tones muscles and increases blood circulation, helping to improve overall vitality. This type of session is ideal for people suffering from chronic fatigue or low motivation, as well as for those seeking an energy boost. It can also help improve concentration and mental clarity, offering a boost to tired minds. After a session, participants often feel a surge of vitality and a general sense of well-being. By integrating breathing and concentration exercises, this experience recharges the batteries and enables us to approach daily challenges with a fresh perspective.

Foot reflexology: training and practice

Foot reflexology is based on the stimulation of specific points on the feet, each linked to a specific organ or bodily function. This approach not only promotes relaxation but also general well-being, helping to relieve a variety of ailments such as headaches, lower back pain or digestive disorders. Participants in our reflexology training in Geneva take time to explore this method, learning to identify and treat imbalances in their bodies. The course also promotes deep relaxation, essential for daily well-being. By integrating breathing and meditation techniques, participants improve their understanding of the links between body and mind, creating an inner harmony that is reflected in their daily lives.

Centered on mutual well-being, this approach encourages emotional connection and support. Couples learn to unwind and gain a deeper understanding of each other’s bodies, enhancing their relationship. This shared experience provides a chance to step away from daily stress and create cherished memories together. Through this practice, couples also explore listening and non-verbal communication techniques, key elements in strengthening their emotional bond.

Pregnancy massage (MANDATORY PARTNER)

This treatment is specifically designed for pregnant women, taking into account the physical and emotional changes associated with pregnancy. Our pregnancy massage training offers relief from common aches and pains, such as lower back pain and cramps. Carried out with the assistance of a partner, it guarantees a safe and comfortable environment for the expectant mother. Benefits include improved circulation, reduced back pain and reduced anxiety. This treatment also promotes a better connection between mother and baby, strengthening the emotional bond. Employees can experience a relaxing break without stepping away from their workstations, fostering improved focus and productivity. Additionally, incorporating this practice into the work environment can boost morale and reinforce team cohesion.
