.: Shiatsu
Shiatsu is quite unique as the client remains fully clothed at all times.
The specificity of Shiatsu is to work at the level of the meridians level (the energy channels of the body), it is an energy massage, a Japanese technique based on pressure with the fingers -Shiatsu means ‘pressure of the fingers’ in Japanese- at the level of the reflex points of the body . Shiatsu is then used to rebalance the flow of energy by stimulation of energy points by applying pressure. It is done as a general rule, without oil, and on the ground with a futon (Japanese mattress made of several cotton layers). The whole body is involved and the recipient usually feels a continuity in the treatment. Sessions often last less than many treatments. Shiatsu massage is recommended for those who wish to regain energy and rebalance their body, to fight against lack of activity, temporary fatigue, sleep problems, stress and anxiety, as well as when ‘ My body hurts everywhere’ !.
