I propose this formula for corporate massages;

.: Seated massage

As a seated massage teacher at the Ecole Club Migros, I also offer a formula of 15 minutes per person, intended to relieve the tensions caused by the regular use of computers, telephones or by a prolonged or inadequate sitting posture.

The massage is performed in a sitting posture on a chair (which I bring), designed for seated massages, with the head resting on a headrest, fully clothed and without oil, with a series of fluid movements, and pressures adapted to personal needs. This massage is mainly focused on the upper back, but the entire spine, shoulders, arms and the neck are taken care of.
The final touch is a massage of the skull in order to energize the person using a particular technique, hence the person will not feel tired or sleepy at the end of the massage.
I can also practice this treatment with oil, and essential oils if the person prefers it.

A minimum of 6 people on site is required for this service.
The cost is 30 chf per person.
A receipt for employees expenses will be provided.
