Well-being through the spine

Thanks to its nervous system, the spine is the part of the body responsible for distributing energy in it. It is indeed from the spine that we control all our organs and all the functions of our body. And the nervous system connects each vertebra with specific organs. To be healthy, it is therefore essential to have an intact spine. However, when a vertebra – or even several – are displaced from their natural positions, which is extremely common, the result is a loss of energy and the performance of bodily functions is inhibited! So there are energy blockages, which also explains why acupuncture works well in some people and not others; the energy channels are blocked by these displaced vertebrae. A structural restoration at the level of the skeleton is therefore a priority because this can also cause many physical disorders: headaches, low back pain, pinched nerves, insomnia, circulatory and digestive disorders, fatigue, constipation, gynecological, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, and many others.

At the beginning of the treatment of the spine, it is essential first to check the position of the pelvis and the hips, because the spine cannot maintain its base if its base, that is to say the hips, does not are not level. So you have to check the length of the legs and correct it with a surprisingly simple and effective method. Then we check the position of each vertebra and put it back in place, if necessary, by movements that exert very light pressure on it. It is essential to do this without pain for the person. A single treatment often leads to immediate improvement and increased well-being. People very often report feeling lighter and relieved of pain or blockage. In other cases, a few additional sessions will be necessary, rarely more than two. Through the dialogue we will also see why the pools were shifted. The person will know how to correct this and I will also show him simple movements to perform every day that will take less than a minute to maintain a stable and flexible pelvis and lower back. The musculature will have to adapt to the new position of the vertebra, which will take a few days, so during the 2-3 days after the treatment, you will have to refrain from heavy exertion.

Once the blockages are completely lifted, the flow of energy returns and healing can begin (which by the way is the principle of Chinese medicine). This method, which comes to us from Germany, where it is very popular with 160 full-time instructors, is very effective and is characterized by its effectiveness and simplicity. Michel
